Going through the peer review once again has allowed me to look at the assignment from a different standpoint. With their comments and constructive criticism, along with my own personal ideas i will develop a strategy.
My goals for this essay is for it be to the best one i have written this semester. My setting my goals high in pursuit of the highest grade on any of my papers. I look to follow the rubric completely in attempt to receive an A+ or A
Tasks it will take to complete my goal – consistency, follow the rubric, tell the story that is meant to be told, zero grammatical errors, clean and fluent transitions, and intrigue the reader the entire time. One major aspect i will focus on is expressing my side of the argument. In the previous two papers, i used a lot of evidence to support my claims, in this final essay i will concentrate my work on establishing my own personal opinions. Finally, a way to achieve this goal is through the use of multi-model information. I look to keep the reader intrigued from start to finish with the use of pictures, videos, music, and linguistics.
One of the biggest challenges for me is finding my own voice and supporting the argument i am making. I tend to use quotes from the text too much as a whole, when the quote could be used as evidence to support my argument. Producing the required word count and voicing my opinion are two of the biggest challenges i will face.
If a challenge that comes up requires outside help, i will have many options to lean on. I could get in contact with my two current partners and seek them for further advice. I can reach out to you, Professor Emerson, as you always seem willing to help out all the time. If i run into any tech issues, a third option would be digispace.
