Eagle Cam Observation

I began watching the eagle nest at around 8:03 pm. It appears that the eagle is sleeping in the nest protecting the eggs. It seems to be pretty windy as the leaves and branches pick up a gust of wind and start moving around. I have yet too see the eagle move its head. The only movement i see in the eagle is within the body as its contrasting to breathe. The feathers of the eagle pick up the wind as they move a little bit with each gust of wind. The nest contains a great bundle of twigs and branches. You can see the entire eagle on the cam but, it appears that only half the nest is in the shot. That tells a lot about the eagles effort to create such a large and comfortable home for future offspring. The eagles head has not moved an inch since I’ve tuned into the broadcast. It makes logical sense that the eagle is brooding. The definition of broodiness is the action or behavioral tendency of sitting on a clutch of eggs to incubate them. Within the final minute of observing this eagles nest, the eagle showed some movement by picking up his head a little bit. No other eagles or any other animal appeared in the shot the entire time i was watching. I officially stopped observing the eagle at 8:21.
